Included in clean installs of Windows聽10 as well as upgrades to Windows聽10 from Windows聽8.1 or Windows聽7. In some editions of Windows 10, it's included as an optional feature that you can enable. To do that, select the聽Start聽聽button, then select聽Settings聽聽> Apps聽聽> Apps & features聽>聽Manage optional features > Add a feature > Windows Media Player, and select聽Install.
